March Recap: Progress slowed a bit since I had to step away for health reasons, but we still pulled in $94K placing YTD revenue at $210k. We’re moving forward on acquiring a competitor that could unlock access to 20M+ of our target users. If we nail partnerships and play it right, there’s a path to $10M+ (albeit at lower margins). a lot of work and luck is needed tho. Q2 will likely remain steady as we finalize the deal I’m more convinced than ever that bootstrapping is the only choice for consumer "startups" (id argue most are really just indie). We keep this running with just a few hours a week. Pre-seed used to buy you engineering leverage / buy out your time. But with Claude code & Windsurf that is ambient now.
