#SB8 places more value on the fetus than the life of the person who is pregnant. This is a violation of religious freedom since Judaism doesn’t consider a fetus a life, but does value real live breathing women who should be able to make their own decisions abt their bodies.

(Real quick, abortion isn't always a "tough choice" or "heartbreaking" and that framing is so weird. Sometimes it's a miracle and a no-brainer and a straightforward healthcare decision for everyone involved. Abortion is healthcare and a human right.)
