If you haven’t heard already, the Toronto Argonauts have signed DL Shawn Lemon to a deal. Lemon most recently played for the Montreal Alouettes and won a Grey Cup with the Argos in 2017. Drop your honest thoughts on this move ⬇️

@DeanJB149171 Probably a bit of both. Looking at it he’s lost a bit of leg strength and is now broken mentally by trying to over compensate.

I wanna start this off by saying that Lirim Hajrullahu is a future All-Time Argo. He’s made tons of massive kicks for us and will forever be a staple of the 2015-2025 decade. However, I fear that either father time has caught up. Regardless I feel like you can’t play him in BC.

@Buzios16 Is what it is. Clearly he doesn’t have it right now. Don’t want it to be this way but you can’t tank a season trying him again and again.

@argosnation1 I dunno ... be careful what you wish for .... if you cut him he might wind up in Regina playing for the Riders who employ a kicker they don't trust from over 40 yards & has a fg % of 77%. Meanwhile the guy they cut is kicking for Ottawa & he's 20 for 20 in fg's with one from 51.

ITS FINALLY RIVALRY WEEK 🔥‼️ This Saturday the Toronto Argos will take on the Hamilton Tiger Cats for the first time this season. Who’s excited??

@cammmelnyk I agree. Just need to win a few more games and the odds of making it are sky high.

@argosnation1 With Hamilton having QB issues and Ottawa being bad, there’s no reason for Toronto to miss the playoffs now.

Despite the last 2 games, I still believe there isn’t much of a reason to worry about the Argos Defence could be better, offence could turn the ball over less, but we’ve seen these early season problems resolved before As long as we can win our East Division games we’ll be in.
