This escalated FAST… A customer tried to return a $3,000 item at Best Buy, but the cashier refused, and things quickly turned tense.
Situations like this can go from calm to confrontational in seconds, especially when big money is involved.
Who do you think is actually in the wrong here, the customer or the store? And should stores be more flexible with returns on expensive items?
