An incredible evening at @homeparkstadium to celebrate our girls U15, U16 and U18 Plymouth Argyle Junior Premier League squads 💚 We recognised the hard work, commitment and success of all three teams across the season, with players, families and staff coming together to celebrate another memorable year in the pathway. A huge thank you to @ArgyleWFC midfielder Ellie Noble for presenting the awards - a brilliant experience for our players. We’re excited to officially welcome our brand new U14 side into the pathway ahead of next season, and we can’t wait to see them join this event next year! We are proud to deliver the @FerreroUK @JoyofMovingUK programme to primary schools across the city - a specially designed programme that encourages children to take part in physical activity and inspires them to lead an active lifestyle. The young people at @school_mwp were recently visited by MP for Plymouth Sutton and Devonport, @LukePollard - "It was fantastic to visit Mount Wise Primary School to see the social responsibility programme in action. It’s great that children in Plymouth are getting active and learning valuable skills through the programme’s unique play-based methodology." #JoyOfMovingUK @EFL_Community

Staff and supporters of the Trust were proud to team up with Ginsters staff for the biennial Samworth Charity Challenge, raising money for Argyle and Ginsters' Project 35. The mammoth nine-hour endurance challenge consisted of three hours each of kayaking, trekking and mountain biking in the glorious but challenging terrain of the Peak District. The team were delighted to be presented with an additional £1,000 donation from Samworth Brothers, presented by Olympic superstars the Brownlee brothers, for raising the most amount of money of all the teams competing, throughout the year. A whopping £20,622.14 was raised for Project 35 and our fight against poverty. The team were supported in their fundraising efforts by Switch Car Rental who ensured they travelled to the challenge in comfort and style by donating a BMW X3. You can support Project 35 by setting up your own fundraising event or challenge, or by donating via the JustGiving link below: justgiving.com/campaign/proje… A massive thank you to @therealginsters and Samworth Brothers for an incredible event 🙌

@ArgyleTrust I really relate to this. I go for walks to calm myself down too. It feels like I can finally breathe a little deeper.

🗣️ "I use walking to clear my head. It's a really good opportunity to slow things down and be present. Life can be so high-paced. There are so many expectations and so many challenges. "It's important to live in the moment, appreciate the things we've got around us and realise there are lots of blessings, even on days where it doesn't feel like it." - Owen Evel, Operations Supervisor at @TheHubFoulston. #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek 💚 #NationalWalkingMonth

🗣️ "One way I like to look after my mental health is by walking. Walking is wholesome and relaxing, it calms you down and is good for your mind and your body. I'm very lucky because I get to share the wonderful view with my dog Milo. "I know first-hand the benefits of walking and I recommend anyone to get outside and enjoy the green spaces and fresh air." - Matt White, Fundraising and Events Officer. #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek 💚 #NationalWalkingMonth
