This woman was at the park with her kids. Everyone was playing nicely until another child came up and started hitting and pushing her kid. The other kid’s mom was just sitting and playing on her phone, not paying any attention at all. She tried to talk to the other mom but the other mom didn’t seem to care and seemed to be actually offended she even said anything.
