$MU Zooming out a little onto the higher timeframes and looking at stocks that have outperformed and where the earnings seem to be amazing with money flowing in I want to address one such stock and sector which is the memory chip space. Here MU I think is a great add on stock. Obviously we are at the bottom of the consolidation zone which is the first add and the second add is not too far away from an add at around 320 for shares perspective. Stops start at around 280 but the risk reward on this is pretty amazing honestly. Downside risk of 100$ to an upside reward of 300+ I appreciate this pull back as an opportunity on the stock. Watch for the trendline here. That is the one I would love to see hold on this drawdown. Overshooting to 300 is ok which is a psych level but if MU loses 285 I would be a bit concerned. Recent negative news were the CapEX spending increase they announced and then the other being a $GOOGL research paper saying AI models needing 20% less memory which in my option are a nothing burger currently but short term volatility is expected out of it. Anyhow let me know what you think about the stock and what your realistic PTs are. I think the memory cycle is here to stay for a good 3-5 year timeframe and MU is extremely undervalued on price here at this point given their earnings growth and 2 year contracts signed and set in stone with now rolling it over 5 year contracts.

$MU upgrading PT 675.
