The best entries don’t always look strong. Sometimes it's the weakness you take advantage of. Most traders wait for a confirmation of breakout from pivot, by then your risk increases and profit percentage decreases. A stock rarely goes straight up after breakout. It usually tries to throw you out first. That’s where the real opportunity is. Two types of shakeout entries to look for: 1) Aggressive Entry - EMA Shakeout Price dips into the 10 EMA - Everyone thinks momentum is gone - Stock reclaims and closes strong - Entry either on the reclaim candle or next day follow through - This gives the best risk reward if the trend is intact. 2) Conservative Entry - Post Shakeout Breakout After the shakeout, stock forms a tight base - Weak hands are taken out. - Entry comes on breakout of the new base - Lower stress entry. The funny thing is that - Both entries can come from the same setup. Different risk appetite. Different execution. Below is the example of Rashi Peripherals (RPTECH) Shakeout into 10 EMA, recovery & tight base formation post that a clean breakout move. Gave an amazing 16% move in 4-5 days. Currently, it's given a shakeout and now consolidating forming a base and ready to move.

Hard work has definitely paid off. 🤝 More than a decade in the market, having seen the cycles multiple times. No better time to be living in. Locked in 🔐 these past 2 month starting April where market started to bounce to this day. Sitting on 32% gains since April 7th. S&P 500 sitting 9% gains since then. What a ride. Just unreal.📈

The hard work paid off this week. Honestly…just no words. Years of studying charts, journaling, sacrificing, questioning myself, and continuing to show up even when nothing was clicking. If you truly want to change your life, give me the next 2 months. Unreal market.

$FCEL It's been a smooth runner in the US account, up around 100% from initial entry in just two weeks. Transitioning from stage 1 to stage 2, and then formed the first flag, backed by a strong AI theme.

NEULANDLAB In the pharma sector. Earnings past us. I see prior strong uptrend. 21 EMA surfer. Tight consolidation and volume drying up. Priming to breakout. Looking for a breakout with good volumes.

Laurus Labs This is a good example here. Most people would say this is very extended and should get out the position before it falls. Has it given any signal to exit? Is it below the 10 EMA? Is there is huge selling pressure seen? If the answer to all of the above is no then why sell? This is a clear 10 EMA surfer, which means it's obeying and follow the 10 EMA. A breach of 10 EMA would be a sign to exit here. Else just keep riding and stop getting bothered by looking at the PnL daily.

HAPPYFORGE Well well. This is going back into my secondary list with an alert set at the high of today. This will now take a while to recover back. Opened gap up and fell down instantly. Now the kind of price action we are looking for. RVols were high but the breakout weren't sustaining. Hence no entry here.

HAPPYFORGE Metal Sector which is in strong momentum currently. Earnings was yesterday and now past us. Setting up really well with a shakeout of 21 EMA here and follow through. Breakout here with good volumes would be nice.

Watching these few setups today closely. Like I said before, couple of Chemicals and Pharma/Healthcare coming up in my scans a lot since past 2 days. Would like to see how these are playing out. Seems like a start of momentum in these names. Spot them nice and early. We get to ride the leaders.

@Imprathamgupta Lovely. Proves your thesis and my thesis well. Looks like Pharma is going to be front running the show soon. Catch the leader and hold on to the ride.

You gotta let your winners run. You don’t need to sell just because you’re in profit. Sell when the trend actually changes. Sell when structure breaks. Sell when the stock gives you a real reason. Not every red candle means the move is over. In a strong uptrend, most dips are just pullbacks. Hold onto your winners long enough, rather than rushing to think where and when to book your profits and run. Stocks that are winners will always give you a chance to enter and also exit. There is enough signs and opportunity to do both.

A lot of traders think complexity = sophistication. The best traders I’ve studied usually simplify aggressively. They ONLY focus on these 3 concepts: 1) math 2) risk/reward 3) PRICE That's literally it...not intellectual gymnastics.

ONESOURCE Also, in the Pharma Sector. Have been watching this for a long while now. Slow mover but building up slowly. Super long base formation. Volumes completely dried up and tightness being formed towards the right side of the pivot. A breakout with good volumes would be a nice trigger above pivot.

Sector/Theme is very important for your stocks to give you a smooth move and go in your direction. Else you have a lot of other factors that is against your favor in trading. I see a lot of names from Pharma and Chemicals also coming in on my screening. Slowing gaining momentum. Metals and Power as usual are very strong and continuing to be in momentum. If you noticed all my trades are either from Metals or Power related.
