It’s because you update software there is the voltage & signal going to the display driver IC . the 6.2V output line gets burnt.thats cause the line.and they blame users

Sudden green/pink lines on my Samsung S23. No damage, confirmed by service center. Still asked to pay ₹8700 for likely software related issue. Complaint raised on Mar 3 (4409970809), no response in 5 months. Filed with NCH (7575373). @SamsungIndia

Without any scratch and damage, they refused it by saying some imaginary issue.
After that they haven't even contact till now .
No reply on any tweet or mails.
Worst service ever by @SamsungIndia
