Hello, this is DNA. We regret to inform you that the European and Latin America 2024 tours are postponed following the guidance of medical professionals. Following a recent medical evaluation, it has become clear that Mark faces concerns that necessitate avoiding the physical demands of touring during this period. While coming to this decision has been immensely difficult, Mark's health and well-being is our utmost priority. The Latin America tour has been rescheduled to the following dates: - Santiago: 9th July 2024; Tuesday - São Paulo: 11th July 2024; Thursday - Mexico City: 13th July 2024; Saturday We are still working on the European stops and an announcement will be made when details are finalized. We are aware of how excited the fans have been for these tours, and we are incredibly sorry that it will not work out the way we intended it to. However, Mark remains committed to performing in Europe and Latin America. During this time, he will focus on creating new music in order to deliver fresh and exciting performances to his fans when he returns. For those holding show tickets, please wait for further instructions regarding the tickets. Fans will have the option to hold on to their tickets or get a refund; the relevant information will be made available on the ticketing site in the next few days. For VVIP and VIP packages, fans may hold on to it for the rescheduled shows or request for a refund by emailing info@237global.com with the show date and city in the subject line. We extend our sincere gratitude to all the fans for their support and understanding during this time. Thank you.

Everyone that was looking forward to the shows in UK/Europe, im so sorry that i wont be able to make it there this tour.. i was super excited to come and perform for everyone.. i promise i will be there for the next tour! I love you guys and thank you guys always ❤️

Hello, We understand that many of you have been eagerly anticipating the UK/Europe leg of the tour, and we are deeply sorry to inform that due to prior engagement and unforeseen schedule conflicts, it has not been possible to reschedule the dates to the near future. Mark's health and well-being remain our top priority, and after careful consideration, we have determined that it is not feasible to proceed with the European tour at this time. All tickets, including VIP and VVIP packages, for the UK/Europe tour will be automatically refunded. You will not need to take any action; refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow some time for the refunds to be completed. We know this news may be disappointing, and we share your frustration. However, we want to reassure you that Mark is dedicated to performing for his fans and will continue to work on new music during this period. We are keeping options for a European tour open, and should any decisions be made, we will make an announcement promptly.
