Everything’s being optimised, product, distribution, GTM. Bootstrapping is more viable than ever. But the real separation still happens at the human layer. Creative execution. Vision. Brand.

One example I always come back to: fintechs like Cash App, Wise, and Klarna. None of them solved a new problem, they just entered existing markets. But they completely redefined what their sector could look and feel like. That creative layer became their edge. Hard to imagine AI leading that kind of shift

I aspire to produce airbnb/klarna/uber level work Aria is where we're at in terms of case study flipping to reach that goal
