Friday at our 40-foot Galleon, Triton, we demonstrated live drone video being ingested and processed locally — without reliance on the cloud — detecting motion and behaviors in real time. And we were honored to show this to Congressman Adam Smith, the Representative for Washington’s Ninth Congressional District and the Ranking member of the House Armed Services Committee. You can’t claim AI independence if the hardware, orchestration, updates, and kill switches are owned or controlled by someone else. And you can’t expect AI resilience if you depend on sending all your data to the cloud, in situations where that data is fleeting and failure is not an option.
