We welcome Türkiye's decision to lift the bans on bilateral trade with Armenia, which is another outcome of the normalization process of relations between #Armenia & #Türkiye. This decision is significant from the perspective of expanding trade & ties between the business circles of the two countries, promoting economic connectivity & ensuring peace & prosperity in the region. We would like to emphasize that this is an important step towards the development of full-fledged & normal relations between the two countries, which can find its logical continuation through the opening of the Armenia-Türkiye border & the establishment of diplomatic relations.

Today with @eucopresident & @vonderleyen, we held the 1st-ever Armenia-EU Summit! This marks yet another significant milestone in deepening 🇦🇲-🇪🇺 partnership of strategic importance. We reaffirmed our shared resolve towards democracy, peace & better future for our citizens.

On 5 May, marking the 77th anniversary of @coe, #Armenia joins the CoE family in celebrating peace, unity & shared values. We reaffirm our commitment to democracy, human rights & the rule of law, & continued cooperation with #CoE for reforms, resilience & lasting peace.
