Aşkın hudûdunu aştı muradım,
Maksûda varıştır senden sonrası;
Erenler katına belki bir adım,
Belki bir karıştır senden sonrası.
Farkına varınca olup bitenin,
Kırdım zincirini nefsin, bedenin!
Beni aşkın ile ıslah edenin,
Lutfuna eriştir senden sonrası...
Bana bu gayreti sağlayan kudret,
Eyyûb'ün sabrından aldığım ibret.
Ne riya, ne kibir, ne kin, ne nefret;
Ebedî barıştır senden sonrası.
Bir gonca Bakî'nin gül destesinden,
Bir yudum sakînin sır testisinden,
Yüce Mevlâna'nın gel bestesinden,
Feyz alış veriştir senden sonrası.
Kevser sarhoşuyum meyhane değil,
Hiçbir zevk böylesi şahane değil,
Kays gibi Leyla'yı nefsane değil,
Efsane görüştür senden sonrası...

Seni üzgün görmek beni kahreder
Bana dertlerini anlatman yeter
Sana olan aşkım mahşerde biter
Eceli düşünme, çekinmeden gel
Ben seninle dostum, düşman değilim
Bana da oyun etti kötü kaderim
Bu dünya zaten hep zalimlerin
Ayrılığı düşünme, çekinmeden gel

DECODING THE CHARACTERS: MANKIND’S PRIMITIVE MEDICINE
Greetings friends, today let us take a closer look at two very familiar Han characters that hide a thousand-year-old medical secret. Historical records tell us that in ancient times, before humans discovered herbs for healing, they possessed a much more advanced form of therapy: Music.
To understand why, let us examine the structure of these two characters:
The Connection Between Music and Medicine
The Character for Music (樂 - Yuè): This symbol represents musical instruments and the melodies that bring joy.
The Character for Medicine (藥 - Yào): This means the medicine used for healing.
The fascinating detail lies here: If you remove the Radical for Grass/Herbs (艹) from the top of the character for Medicine, the character for Music is revealed underneath.
The ancients intended to remind us that: Before herbal medicine existed, music was the original "prescription." Our ancestors used sound to harmonize the vibration frequencies within the body. When herbs were discovered to have similar healing properties—though acting more directly on the physical "body"—the "Grass" radical was added to "Music" to create the word "Medicine."
Why Can Sound Heal?
Our body is essentially a sophisticated biological machine where every cell is constantly vibrating. Traditional medicine systematized the Five Tones corresponding to the Five Internal Organs (as detailed in the Huangdi Neijing) to help us "retune" ourselves:
Jue (Wood) → Liver: Relieves stagnation and promotes the smooth flow of Qi and blood.
Zhi (Fire) → Heart: Circulates blood and uplifts the spirit.
Gong (Earth) → Spleen/Stomach: Aids digestion and stabilizes the mind with groundedness.
Shang (Metal) → Lungs: Quiets the soul and alleviates anxiety or sorrow.
Yu (Water) → Kidneys: Nourishes the essence and builds endurance.
The Power of Virtue
Choosing music to listen to is perhaps as vital as choosing the food we eat. When we listen to melodies with the right frequencies, our organs resonate and naturally reach a state of balance.
However, music does more than just "adjust" the physical body; its greatest power lies in nourishing Virtue (德). There is a specific melody that has left a very special emotional impact on me.
I invite you all to listen to this melody to feel the vibration of your cells. Please share your feelings with me!
