The year is 1950. Your doctor lights a cigarette and tells you smoking is fine. He read it in a study. He is telling the truth about having read it. He does not know, or is not saying, that the study was funded by the tobacco industry. The year is 1958. Your doctor tells you to eat less fat. The evidence is contested. The contestation is not in the public messaging. The food industry has been helpful in clarifying which findings deserve attention. Some researchers who published contradictory data have been quietly defunded. Ancel Keys is on the cover of Time magazine. The year is 1962. Your doctor prescribes thalidomide to your pregnant wife for morning sickness. It has been approved. The FDA gave it the green light in Europe. Twelve thousand children will be born with severe limb malformations before anyone in an official capacity acknowledges the problem. The families are told the drug was safe. The drug was approved. Both of these things remain true. The year is 1972. Your doctor prescribes Valium. Britain is in the grip of a benzodiazepine wave that will last two decades. The dependency risk is known internally. It is not shared. Your doctor is not lying to you. He was not told either. The year is 1999. Your doctor prescribes Vioxx for your arthritis. It is newer than ibuprofen, well-tolerated, and Merck has a study showing it works. Merck also has internal data suggesting it roughly doubles the risk of heart attack. This data will not reach your doctor for four more years. Fifty thousand people are estimated to have died in the interim. Merck eventually settles for 4.85 billion dollars. No criminal charges are brought. The year is 2002. Your doctor prescribes OxyContin. Purdue Pharma trained its sales representatives to tell doctors the addiction risk was less than one percent. That figure came from a letter, not a study. The letter was about patients with terminal cancer on short-term doses in hospital settings. Your doctor is a GP with a patient who has a bad back. Nobody draws a distinction. Nobody is required to. The year is 2008. Your doctor checks your cholesterol. Your LDL is elevated. You are prescribed a statin. Nobody mentions that the number needed to treat for primary prevention is approximately 250. Nobody mentions that the muscle deterioration you'll notice over the next two years is listed as a rare side effect rather than a documented pattern affecting a meaningful percentage of patients. The trial that informed the prescription was funded by the manufacturer. Now it is today. Your doctor has new guidelines. New studies. New consensus. He is confident. He has always been confident. The confidence has never been the problem. The confidence is, in fact, precisely the problem.

Your grandmother vs you. Same genes. Different food. One generation apart. She rendered lard. You buy a cooking spray with dimethylpolysiloxane listed third. She boiled the bones for eight hours. You buy a collagen sachet with a picture of someone doing yoga on it. She ate the egg yolk. You bought the low-fat version that quietly removed it. She fermented because preservation required it. You buy a probiotic because the sterilised packaging doesn't contain what the fermented food did. She went outside because life required it. You have a vitamin D capsule and a SAD lamp for the depression that arrived when the outside stopped. She put tallow on dry skin. You have a seventeen-step skincare routine and a ceramide serum. She sat at a table with other people. You have a delivery app and a government Minister for Loneliness. She was hungry and ate. You have a calorie tracker with haptic feedback. She had none of the products. She had none of the deficiencies the products address. The deficiencies arrived with the products. The products arrived after the advice removed what she had.

Don't Let Your Lives "Narrow"!! I've been an orthopedic surgeon for 30 years. The thing I watch happen to people, more than any injury or surgery, is refer to as the narrowing. Most of my patients have no idea it's happening to them. They think it's just aging. It's not. 🧵

Sertraline again. Grandmother Grace Uludag prescribed it for anxiety, ends up dead from 'accidental' overdose levels in her blood. Coroner says unintentional, NHS puts out another limp warning about serotonin syndrome and mixing pills. Big surprise. They still won't talk about the akathisia, that relentless, crawling-out-of-your-skin feeling that makes people desperate enough to swallow anything to make it stop. Or how these drugs get handed out like paracetamol while the MHRA sits on its hands and ignores every yellow card. GPs keep prescribing, patients keep dying. Enough. When are they going to stop pretending this is rare? Story: dailymail.co.uk/health/article…

You can't see it, you can't smell it, you can't hear it. But a new study published in Electromagnetic Biology and Medicine found that people living within 60 meters of a cell tower had measurable changes in their white blood cells, the kind of changes associated with chronic biological stress. Nearly one in four people in the high-exposure group had white blood cell counts above clinical reference limits. Over half of the people using their phones 4-6 hours a day had lymphocyte counts above normal... and most of them were under 30. The researchers compared the effect to smoking. And it gets more concerning. A second study found that EMF radiation alone showed no detectable DNA damage, but when combined with Hexavalent Chromium (the Erin Brockovich chemical), the result was a significant synergistic increase in DNA damage. Breaks that can lead to mutations, chromosomal instability, and cancer. This is the same concept that applies to chemical disaster sites, to vaccine ingredients given simultaneously, to the toxic soup Americans are living inside of every single day. Study each exposure alone and it looks manageable. Combine them and the rules change entirely. There are no safety standards for mixtures. HHS is now conducting a new health study on electromagnetic radiation. The FDA quietly removed its old webpages on cell phone radiation conclusions while that review is underway. RFK Jr. has said it for years: Europe's EMF exposure limits are an order of magnitude lower than ours. There are over 10,000 studies documenting the effects. "You can't see, hear, or smell electromagnetic fields, but they're associated with systemic inflammation and mitochondrial dysfunction, thought to be a root cause for many of today's chronic diseases." The science is not settled. It never was. 📰 Full story by @smiddendorp22 here: bit.ly/EMF_Study

Restore Britain’s policy on lockdown is clear. It was the darkest time in recent British history, a time where our freedoms were trampled over all in the name of bent ‘science’. For some COVID, was a dangerous disease. And the full power of the state should have been deployed to protect those people. The elderly, the vulnerable. Instead of spending hundreds of billions of closing our economy down, sentencing thousands of young healthy people to death and ruining tens of millions of lives - we should have protected those two groups, the elderly and the vulnerable, with everything that we had. If we could shut the country down, we could have had protected those in genuine danger. Obviously. Millions of youngsters had years ripped away from them. Lives destroyed. For what? To avoid getting a nasty cough? Sweden was right. Tegnell was right. We should have followed their lead. A Restore Britain Government would take steps to reverse the damage, as much as possible. All criminal convictions for non-violent breaches of lockdown rules would be overturned and quashed. Nobody will have a criminal record for breaking laws that should have never existed in the first place. Every related fine will be refunded. Restore Britain MPs will issue a formal statement and apology from Parliament, recognising the damage lockdowns caused to the families, businesses and our society. The British state got it wrong. We will admit that. Targeted amendments to existing laws will be passed, making it illegal to suspend basic freedoms without ultra-intensive parliamentary oversight and strict time limits. Tax breaks to the most affected industries will be implemented - people forget that the damage continues today. Particularly for hospitality. We will help. We will remove all remaining COVID relics from this country. Every social distancing sign will be torn down, every two metre sticker will be scrubbed away. I detest seeing it all. An independent commission filled with overseas experts will be established to review all SAGE communications, predictions and data used to justify lockdown. We will ask Anders Tegnell to head that commission. We will release all modelling and all communications, unredacted, and aim to prosecute anyone who deliberately distorted the statistics to push a damaging pro-lockdown agenda. Restore Britain will launch a full, independent inquiry into the COVID vaccine - how it was approved, and how it was forced on the entire healthy population. How did ministers like Reform’s Zahawi even dare to suggest that children can overrule their parents in order to take the vaccine? It is sick. The current vaccine compensation scheme will be scrapped, and we will open a new system which speeds up claims, increases the amount paid and has no inbuilt bias. To those people who lost their lives because of the COVID vaccine, and there have been many, the state will properly compensate those families. Properly compensate. And, for what is worth which is very little, the state will apologise. Vaccine passports. Sick. Sick. Sick. The most evil policy inflicted on the British people - all supported by Conservative, Reform and Labour politicians. I didn’t take the COVID vaccine, I felt I didn’t need it. That was my choice. I was prepared to have my life disrupted. Millions of others though felt blackmailed into receiving that jab to go on holiday or whatever else. Anyone involved in the implementation of that scheme should be ashamed of themselves - including many of the politicians in Reform's top team. State workers who lost their jobs because of vaccine mandates will be properly compensated. What happened to them was wrong, and Restore Britain will fix it. We will be honest with the British people about what happened in 2020 and 2021. Lockdown was the biggest scandal of modern times. Restore Britain will have the courage to finally admit that, and take steps to rectify the vast damage caused. There is now a serious political party willing to face up to the truth. I hope you consider supporting us.

@BGatesIsaPyscho I am totally against this. I live in Madeira and have to collect this tax from my guests. They now charge to walk in nature and are moving towards a 2 euro tax per day for hire cars. It’s taping people of their money. It does not go toward infrastructure. What next air?

The Sun is entering a Grand Solar Minimum soon (2035-2045), and the geomagnetic excursion with the weakening of Earth’s magnetic field and increased cosmic radiation is coming. The elite know this, and that is why they are preparing. The collapse of ocean currents, droughts, and intense cooling in the Northern Hemisphere is described in the leaked Pentagon report from 2003. The last two Grand Solar Minima were devastating to civilizations. Half of the population perished, the Justinian Plague and the Black Plague were unstoppable, there was catastrophic volcanic activity, winters during the summer, and Little Ice Ages.
Open Minded Approach@OMApproach

Two ice ages, two similar plagues, and two civilizational collapses separated by 700 years: - The Late Antique Little Ice Age (536–660 AD) - The onset of the Medieval Little Ice Age (1200–1300 AD) What’s interesting is that with the Gregorian calendar reform, they could have easily added 700 years and turned a single event into two separate phases, fabricating an entire stretch of history.

Today marks the end of the survivor participation for our rape gang inquiry hearings. I simply have no words that describe the bravery and courage of these women who have come forward. No words. What they have been through is indescribable. It has been a life-changing experience for me. I never thought such evil was possible. Never. Not here, in Britain. In our towns, in our communities. It is pure evil. These men are so utterly depraved. If it were up to me, thousands of them would receive the death penalty. To do what they did, on such an industrial scale, to innocent young girls - many of whom were already in such an incredibly vulnerable place? There is no redemption possible. The world is a better place without them in it. I started this inquiry because so many others failed. Speaking honestly, I did not understand how deep this evil is rooted in our society. Police, politicians, council officials, the NHS, social workers, children’s homes - it is everywhere. IS everywhere. Not was. IS. Meeting these women, and men, listening to how severely they were failed by those tasked to protect them? My views have changed forever. I knew it was bad. I never knew how bad it was. Every single one who has come forward is a hero in my view. The courage and grace in how they have conducted themselves is unlike anything I have seen in my life. All because they don’t want others to suffer the same fate. That is an extraordinary sacrifice. They could have just moved on with their lives. Tried to forget. But no, they chose to do this. I am in awe of all of them. Our hearings will finish tomorrow, following the contribution of three more expert witnesses. Then the next stage begins. We will produce a report, and then we will seek to put people in prison. There are FAR more testimonies and evidence to release - this will keep coming and coming and coming. Even with a media blackout, we have reached tens of millions. We have made real progress. And following such immense demand, we will reopen the portal so that more women can tell their stories. This is just the beginning. Politicians from all parties have failed these girls, again and again and again. I do not intend to join that list. To everyone who donated, thank you. To our team, thank you. And especially to the survivors, thank you. I believe that together we can start to make Britain understand what is happening, and then finally do something about it.

@AndrewKaufmanMD The greater good only relates to my family- if ever put in danger I would give my life. But the greater good of the country, or world? Hell no! Moral virtue should absolutely not be measured by one’s willingness to accept harm! That’s inhumane to do so

The “greater good” argument is rooted in collectivist ideology, not in a genuine respect for individual well-being. A society does not become stronger by demanding that its healthiest members sacrifice their safety. Moral virtue should not be measured by one’s willingness to accept harm.

What do I expect to see in the NHS moving forward? No access to NHS without #NHSApp which will be followed by #AIHealthAgents and implanted medical devices. You will have no choice. But since when was having a smart phone or IT device a legal requirement? Yearly or perhaps more frequently human MOT’s to include blood tests, vax history, other tests, scans etc. without it your access to services may be reduced or stopped #ComplyOrBeDenied Direct Payments - you’ll get an annual budget for NHS - they’ll advise you how to spend it. Physio? Surgery? Medications? GP appointments etc - dependent on your age, medical condition and clinical frailty score If you’re offered NHS treatment and refuse your mental capacity may be in question Your medicines WILL change. Prices will rise and rare disease will become a priority. Welcome to the world of biologics and gene therapies. mRNA is here to stay plus much more. The NHS will come looking for you. Parents will be contacted re childhood vaccinations. You may be asked to accommodate a student from another country in return for companionship. How many spare bedrooms do you have? There will be a bar code on your accommodation. Medicine Deliveries will be by drone. They’ll be digital to ensure you’ve taken them. AI hospitals robot assisted surgery And that’s just the start of what I see for future. There’s more. Much more What thinks you?

Part 2 More of what I expect to see in NHS. These are just my observations from my research. The NHS will make decisions about you and your loved ones without your involvement. (We know they already do, however it will become normalised now) Assisted Dying will be offered to vulnerable or sick (physical and mental health) patients routinely to #ProtectNHS There will be secure mental health ambulances to transport those deemed mentally ill. Who knows where they will go Clinical trials will be offered as a treatment. Refusal may result in punishment or blocked access to all medical care and perhaps access to money, travel and internet . We may be required to share our medical data eg Blood pressure, vital signs daily We will be required to be fully up to date with all vaccinations. If not you may be restricted to your home. Hospitals will be booked appointments and admissions only with set date for discharge. Specialist tests or surgery only Oral medicines will contain digital sensor to ensure compliance. Antibiotic shortages enter the new world of Antimicrobial Resistance AI chatbots will assess our medical status and advise appropriately. Your bed at home becomes your hospital bed. You will rely on smart devices to observe you. Your device to keep you safe will spy on you. Your AI agent will communicate to official State AI Agents to determine your future. AI Agents the final frontier. What if you’re deemed too sick or non compliant to leave your house? Will they lock you in your own home automatically? Comments welcome. I genuinely hope and pray I’m wrong 🙏

Earlier this week in our inquiry, I sat across from a woman who was raped and abused by ‘hundreds and hundreds and hundreds’ of men. All Muslims. Mostly Pakistani, some Kurdish, some Indian. She was transported all over Britain, like a piece of meat. When she was 12, she was raped. Not only raped, a glass bottle was forced inside her. It shattered in her body. A 12 year old. For a moment, think about a 12 year old close to you. She went to hospital. No questions were asked. She told the police. Their response? ‘Nothing I can do about that.’ They asked if the rapes were consenting sex. She didn’t even know what consent meant. Please just think about that. So many knew, and did nothing. How? How can such evil be tolerated? How? The woman is furious. Furious that in 2026 we’re still having this conversation, still trying to get people to talk about it. We are trying to change that. The way she conducted herself in our hearing was remarkable, such grace and courage. She has rebuilt her life - simply incredible bravery and resilience. Why did she want to tell her story at the inquiry? She said if she can save one soul from going through the same fate, then she’s ‘done her job’. ‘Just one’ child she told the inquiry. She has certainly done that.
