@arpitsrivstva @MichaelVaughan Disciplined bowling i guess. In batting it was lot of things that went their way. Whatever they tried, went to boundary. Even when they tried to hit straight, it edged and went to boundary in the 3rd man area. SA simply never had 1 thing going their way.

@arpitsrivstva @giulia_enders Yeah I did multiple different tests and I have lots of gut issues, the only way to fix is diet. But you need to know your sensitivities. Take food sensitivity test and check for leaky gut. You can dm if you have questions, I've done a lot to check what's going on with me.
