God bless writers like #HaseenaMoin for giving us 'ajeeb-o-gareeb' female characters in #Pakistani dramas of 1980s. These female characters had a mind of their own. These dramas were refreshing and progressive,which makes them watchable even today. #MarinaKhan and #ShehnazSheikh came into our lives like a breath of fresh air, with dramas like #Tanhaiyan, #Ankahi(which inspired the script of Yash Chopra's #Chandni in part) and #DhoopKinare. Two scenes which immediately come to mind are- 1. Zara(ShehnazSheikh) in Ankahi, starts working in a garment factory shortly after her&Sanya's parents suddenly die in a car accident. She designs a revolutionary salwar-kameez for working women with multiple pockets for carrying tools. Her reasoning is simple-women's clothes should be functional and not just pretty. 2.The short haired Dr ZoyaAliKhan(MarinaKhan) accompanies her senior, Dr AhmedAnsari(Rahat Kazmi) and other Doctors on a camp outdoors,where they treat sick villagers. This was the first time details of the tough life of Doctors in the field was depicted so realistically on the small screen in the Indian sub-continent. Whatever criticism I have aside, I am really enjoying DrBahu. The drama is interesting, but Shahnawaz is just too manipulative, Sania seems completely trapped. I dont see anyway out for her, now that her parents will be more indebted to him for arranging her sister's rishta.

Also the two main rivals, heads of two parties i.e. Agha played by Farhan Tahir and Dada Sahab played by Yusuf Bashir are also an excellent casting.

Enjoying watching #Leader. Ali Raza is really believable as a student leader. Him & Kinza have a good chemistry. Also must appreciate these two for their dialog delivery sp Ali & clear urdu accent which is rare with most new actors.

Salman should take stand infront of Sania's parents as well. Use that shadi k baad shohar sab kuch hota hai mentality against them. Tell them that they need to choose him over his parents. Coz Sania's mom keeps complaining to her bcz of her saas susar. - DrBahu

@arsalaa_tweets I feel like the story is kind of stuck too, like I know that he is controlling and all but we are just stuck on residency interview...like isn't it established that it's my way or highway.

In every other drama someone is launching an app. In Winter Love Mushk launched a rishta app, in Dr Bahu Salman launched some Car app. It would be interesting if Salman was an engineer, could be software engineer. Doctor engineer combo would ve been fun like Chand Tara.

Found it odd that people would subscribe to a car application, they could say it got highest number of downloads. Also why his major achievement is highest number of subscriptions of an app when he is just running a car showroom not a ride booking or food delivery app.
