AI won't kill YouTube creators. It'll kill the ones posting the same content as everyone else. Use AI to: → Find untapped topics → Draft scripts 3x faster → Optimize titles & thumbnails Then add YOUR voice. That's the edge nobody can copy.

Started this because I was tired of watching coaches burn out. They were doing 5 jobs at once. → Writing scripts → Filming content → Editing videos → Uploading & SEO → Chasing clients That's not a business. That's a trap.

Everyone's saying 'go Shorts-first in 2026.' Wrong strategy for coaches. Shorts = views Long-form = trust Trust = clients You don't want viewers. You want buyers. Build long-form first. Shorts come after.

MrBeast just hit 300M subscribers Everyone's studying his thumbnails Missing the real lesson: He built a TEAM that executes at scale Solo creators plateau Teams compound Study the system, not just the strategy

6 months ago I thought volume was the answer. Post more. Edit faster. Upload daily. We burned out. Our clients burned out. Then we focused on 1 thing: The right video → to the right person → at the right time. Everything changed after that.

If you've been posting on YouTube for six months and nothing is working, the answer is almost never to post more. It's to go back to the research and figure out why the decisions behind your last 20 videos were wrong. More of the same just proves the same thing faster.

Posting daily on YouTube is destroying coaches. More content ≠ more clients. 1 video that: → Ranks on search → Solves a real pain → Has a clear CTA Beats 30 random uploads every single time. Stop the hamster wheel. Build the machine.

Everyone is talking about AI replacing creators. Real talk: AI can write your script. It cannot build your trust. It cannot show your face. It cannot share your story. The creators winning in 2026 use AI as a tool not a replacement for being real.

Your thumbnail has 0.3 seconds to stop the scroll. Not 3 seconds. Not 1 second. 0.3. That's why we design thumbnails with: → High contrast → One focal point → Emotion in the face Complexity kills clicks.

Why coaches struggle on YouTube: They teach everything they know in one video. Nobody buys from a teacher who gives it all away. They buy from someone who shows: → The result first → The path second → Themselves as the guide Shift from teacher → guide.

I used to think more content = more results. Posted 4x/week for 3 months. Almost nothing moved. Then I learned the hard way: 1 right video > 10 random videos. Strategy wins. Volume is just noise. Started focusing on system everything changed.

YouTube data most creators ignore: → 65% of buyers watch 2+ videos before buying → Titles with numbers = 36% more clicks → Thumbnails decide 80% of whether you get clicked Your video never gets watched if the title fails. Fix the entry. Then fix everything else.

Posting daily on YouTube will NOT save you. 1 video/week with: → A researched topic → A strong hook → A clear CTA Beats 5 rushed uploads every time. Consistency isn't volume. It's reliability.

YouTube can absolutely demolish you as a young creator. Yad is one of my clients who went through that exact statement. He was making massive amounts of money as a teenager with his clothing brand and the YouTube channel. We created hit videos, and money poured into the bank account of an 18 year old kid. But like many young creators who garner money their parents wouldn’t even see in ten years, he got lost. His passion for YouTube faded, he blew his money on things he didn’t need, and he was genuinely not himself anymore. But I stuck with him. Through many months where he couldn’t pay me, and through times where he made some bad decisions. Because in those days I saw something in him he didn’t see in himself anymore. Potential. I talked with him for hours. And after a dark stretch, he found his way out on the other end. Now it was time to build the comeback. Something that would rekindle the one thing you need as a creator on the platform: passion. We’ve been quietly rebuilding his channel over the past few months, and it’s been with good success. We found a new content style he is genuinely passionate about, and he’s improving massively video by video as a reinvented YouTuber. In many cases I’d gladly put aside monetary gain for a while to help a struggling creator back on their feet. Over time, Yad became like a little brother to me. And seeing him find his way on YouTube again is genuinely inspiring. I can’t wait to further help him sharpen his skills as a creator, and build out this new chapter in his career. The beginning looks promising as you can see. But besides that my main learning is: when you believe in someone, stick by them through the hard times. Even if that means sacrificing something yourself. It’ll pay itself back tenfold. Proud of you Yad. 🙏

Most course creators waste months on YouTube. They film. They edit. They upload. And get 0 clients from it. The problem isn't the content. → Wrong topics → No hook strategy → No conversion path YouTube isn't just content. It's a sales system.
