The protest has now concluded with a total of 152 people arrested by officers. The vast majority of arrests - 134 - were for expressing support for a proscribed organisation, under Section 12 of the Terrorism Act 2000. This included two people arrested for attempting to put up a stage at the event. 4 arrests were made on suspicion of encouraging or assisting a crime, under Section 45 of the Serious Crime Act 2007. A number of officers were assaulted while making arrests, but thankfully none required hospital treatment. Two people were arrested for assaulting emergency workers.

New bands need to stop with their imposter syndrome and realize that if you go to shows that your band isn’t playing, book shows, mosh for the local bands, have a presence and more; then your band will be received VERY well in the scene
