✨ I’m having some customer issues. Customer told me they were displeased with purchase. I offered a full refund even tho my policy states otherwise. However client stays outside U.S and would need to purchase their own shipping. I stated once items are received a refund will…

If anyone have advice I’m open ears, I just don’t want to back down I made a policy for a reason and I want to respect that.

And now she’s saying if I don’t issue a refund she’s going to post everything on Facebook so I’m kind of lost right now 😞
