Nicolas Galtier explores the fragmentary notion of historical continuity. His paintings, with their references to the materiality of chronological imbeddedness, draw our attention to the need for coherence of our concept of the past in order for us to understand the present.

René Ugarte @dinofyart uses fluorescent pigments and various illumination modes to highlight environmental / endangered species issues. On view through Oc 19.

Started off as an idea from @jannoart, the quilt project is an expression of solidarity with Ukraine. The patches came from the National Gallery of Australia, artists and preschool kids. It was previously displayed in London’s Hyde Park, Tate Modern and along the Thames.
