It's discouraging to see several of my designs being stolen, and it continuing to happen all year.. even when I directly reach out to these sellers, most don't comply with my request and dismiss the time and effort I've invested into my pieces

@saintsrow2pc usually I'm told about it or see them thro ads on insta. There are tiktok shops that sell my artworks too, it's inevitable and frustrating. I can't fight them all unfortunately

@fangedbIade it's generally a legal grey area when it comes to fanart. The characters belong to an IP, but they're still my artworks. Best thing I can do is inform people I'm not affiliated with these shops

@artsietal Is there anything you can do legally or no because technically the art is not legally owned by you being resident evil themed? I’m not sure the legalities of art that uses content from games directly
