@petnetiosupport I wonder how many animals have been harmed by this company ghosting it’s customers and not releasing an update. Release an update that allows us to use the product with our phones. The feeder already has Bluetooth and WiFi capabilities to make this happen.

System Update: Our team is working closely with our third-party service provider in regards to the outage affecting the SmartFeeder (2nd Gen). We hope to release more information as we learn more. We apologize for this inconvenience.
