No, I don't agree. That image doesn't accurately represent Islamic teaching. If you actually read the Qur'an, you'll find dogs are spoken of positively in places, such as the companions of the cave whose dog remained with them (18:18, 18:22), and hunting dogs are explicitly permitted (5:4). The claim that simply having a dog in your home causes you to "lose Allah's blessings" is an oversimplification based on particular hadith interpretations, not a statement from the Qur'an itself. Maybe try understanding Islam before projecting your own hate-filled rhetoric onto an entire faith.
