Calcium alone does not build strong bones. Your body also needs vitamin D to absorb calcium properly. It needs vitamin K2 to help direct calcium into the bones instead of allowing it to accumulate in places it should not. It needs magnesium because magnesium supports the entire process of bone formation and mineral balance. Without those nutrients working together, calcium alone is not enough.

Years of bread for breakfast, rice for lunch, sugar in tea/coffee, Sugary drinks, fruit juices, snacking and late night dinner can keep insulin elevated. When this happens storing fats around organs - liver, pancreas and intestine becomes easier. This is visceral fat, that is difficult to shed in the gym.

Your body doesn't care whether sugar spikes come from sugar or so-called heart healthy whole grains.

Modern Ultra processed foods! One treat wakes the craving back up. One bite turns into another. These foods are engineered to keep you coming back for more. Abstinence is better than moderation.

Booked an @AkasaAir ticket via @agoda and accidentally selected Navi Mumbai instead of Mumbai. Tried cancelling via Agoda - they showed a cancellation fee of ₹4,764 and refund of just ₹1,571. Then I checked directly with Akasa Air. Akasa Air’s own cancellation page shows: • Total deduction: ₹299 • Refund amount: ₹6,076 Akasa customer care also confirmed the airline cancellation charge is only ₹299, and since the booking was made through Agoda, the refund would go back to Agoda. So the obvious question: If the airline is deducting only ₹299, why is Agoda charging me ₹4,764? That’s an extra ₹4,465 for what exactly? Charging 15x the airline’s actual cancellation fee for the same ticket feels completely unethical. @agodaindia please explain this loot. @AkasaAir passengers deserve transparency from booking partners. @jagograhakjago @MoCA_GoI

Type 2 diabetes can be fully controlled without medication. It's a dietary disease and can be reversed with dietary changes.

@pushya_legacy @DrSuneelDhand Not correct, I have reverse diabetes where blood sugar is above 250 both FBS and PPBS. She is not willing to take any medication but is ready to follow my dietary guidelines. Within a month both her FBS and PPBS are under 120.

@DrSuneelDhand Easy to say “normalize no medications” until someone’s BP is 190/110 or sugar is damaging kidneys silently. Lifestyle matters, but so does reality.

Often people ignore these symptoms as normal - Chronic fatigue Brain Fog Blood sugar crashes Chronic hunger Difficulty in losing weight Fatty liver Improving these Metabolic symptoms is more important than Hba1c alone.

Small dense LDL particles are behind heart disease and not the total cholesterol and LDL C. Small dense LDL particles are driven by your diet not the genetics. Diet high in Carbs, grains, sugar and high insulin levels trigger the liver to produce these dangerous particles.

Insulin resistance is the biggest driver of high blood pressure. When insulin stays elevated for long, the kidneys retain more sodium, blood vessels become less flexible and the nervous system stays overstimulated. Overtime blood pressure rises.
