@flipkartsupport I had a software issue with my poco device which had a warranty plan. I registered for a claim and in email as per Jeeves I had attached all images and the claim was approved for next stage (pickup). The pickup was done on 31st Jan and delivered to the service
I sent an email on Feb 6th for an status update and then only the support team is responding. Why was no communication done before that? If you claim the product to be damaged then why wasn't an email is sent? This clearly shows the negligence and damage is happened from your end
Center on Feb 2nd. I reached out on same email for an update and unfortunately the response was unexpected. The email states that the product is damaged and hence the product is returned without service. There was no communication done with me through call or email.

Two Suggestions:
- Most Indians have Wifi access. Senior Citizens use Wifi mostly. Please provide an affordable 1 GB per day plan with options to choose (28 days onwards). Also a yearly plan.
- Provide affordable Voice only plans for less than ₹100 every month. Anything above this is forcing people to take data, even if they don't need it.
There are many who use only voice and also less than 1 GB per day. Need inclusive plans. Let users decide.

@MedPlusIndia Hi. I had purchased a Doqtar nebulizer at one of the branches in Hyderabad. The product is not working and it is under warranty. I visited one of the branches in pondicherry, but they informed me to visit the purchased shop for a warranty claim.
@MedPlusIndia You do have the same branches at pan India level, can't you provide a simplified warranty process? I have the bill copy and product box, but still denying the warranty at a different store is really worst.
@MedPlusIndia Hyderabad is located at 900 kms from pondicherry, should I travel so long for this product replacement? The product value is 990 and my travel expenses will be around 5000k. Do you really think this is proper customer support?
