@arvixe @ArvixeSupport I am facing tremendous problem with the payments. I have tried to pay my billing from atleast from 6 Credit Card including PayPal but everytime it's fail. My plan will expire on 18/01/22, please help & resolve this issue. I don't want to lose my Database.

While dealing with Day #4 of Covid19, I have also had to deal with @namecheap charging outrageous fees because their system did not autorenew a domain. Then have to deal with crummy support from @arvixe and @arvixesupport because they have no true support anymore. #exhausted

@bakersoft Hi Stephen, We are very sorry for the inconvenience. If you have a VPS or ASP account that is older than about 5 years, it simply wont support the newer program versions and a new account would need to be purchased. We sincerely apologize for the negative experience.

@arvixe @ArvixeSupport since 4 to 5 months malware attacks on the servers has increased, and you happily suspend the account, and measures from your end is zero, you have disabled virus scan on control panel so I cant proactively check, looks like a big scam to me

@arvixe our VPS server hosted on Arvixe is down for 8 days with no resolution and no ETA. We have ecommerce, erp, websites, databases, mails hosted and nothing is accessible for 8 days. Ticket# QPP-438-37267. Only update on the ticket is "we are working on it, no ETA"
