Been feeling more comfortable on the bump again. Excited for spring ball. Been sitting 83-85 and my curveball has been moving well.

Feeling better on the mound. Starting week 4 of 13 for TJ mound recovery. Sitting around 79-82 right now. Threw the change up again for the first time and it felt weird but we will get there.

Finishing up week 6 of my TJ recovery throwing program. Threw at 90 feet for the first time. Been 5 months since surgery and I’m feeling great. Excited to be back on the mound soon!
