Just got home, that was brutal. All of the substances are just a cope trying to feel neurotypical while being in public, but obviously that isn’t a real solution. The worst part of tonight was my face descending from the life support mask.

We ❤️ you Clav! I used to cope w anxiety (+ had full on panic attacks) with drinking . I overcame it -no pills- - took a while but I‘m happy to share the process. It’s an ongoing life process for sure- but it’s set me up to deal with the inevitable highs and lows of life in a way deeper and meaningful way. And prayer is the anchor ❤️
