It is disgusting that your customer representative @Ryanair alluded the only way I would be able to get a refund is if my child died! I don’t have to explain how distressing this was to hear. Surely there are times where discretion can be used & you truly put your customer first

Whilst dealing with a medical emergency & currently sat in hospital due to my 4 year having breathing difficulties and needing an operation. I thought @Ryanair would have empathy & compassion to understand why I would not be boarding my flight tomorrow. 1/3

I thought their ethos of delivering the best customer service would come to the forefront & help us find a solution. Maybe a credit note to reschedule the flight at a later date or a wavier of their £45 per person fee to change the date & us pay the difference of a new flight 2/3
