I often work from cafes. One weekend I was so deep in a project that I lost track of everything. I came in the afternoon and didn't look up until the cafe was about to close. The owner, who knows me by now, said "you were in the zone today." And I realized I didn't even remember ordering my second coffee. I love being in that zone. But it also means I probably didn't move my body for 6-7 hours straight. My 40 year old self is already mad lol So I built a CLI. It plays a sound at whatever interval you set. Just a reminder to move. It knows when you're working and pauses when you step away. The sound makes me laugh every time. And once you laugh, move comes pretty much naturally. "npm install -g posturefix"

The times have truly changed. I went to my daughter's annual school function and noticed several mango trees loaded with perfectly edible green mangoes. The trees weren't even that tall; the fruit was well within reach for a four or five-foot-tall kid. All mangoes seemed intact, not even a single kid seemed interested in picking them! That would have been unthinkable when I was that age. I went to an all-boys school, we would have faught gang wars over those mangoes!
