I'd have renewed MacAllister before Gravenberch.
Same contract length left.
MacAllister is more unique.
Instead we gave Gravenberch £300k/wk and haven't even started talks with MacAllister (per his dad).
MacAllister would be much harder to replace IMO.
Suspect he leaves this summer as well.
