Finally back to work after being sick for a month. Thankfully I am feeling stronger and excited to start my sophomore season at my new school!

Since it’s the off-season, I’ve been dialed in on improving my speed and velocity in the gym using the @dr3fastpitch Speed & Velocity Program. Excited to keep seeing my progress!

Working on my curveball tonight with Coach Kat. Excited to see this in a few months! Also, got a good lesson in with Coach Court.

I had such a great fall season with @SoFoNational09 ! I finished with a 1.8 ERA in the circle and a .324 batting average at the plate. Last year I focused mainly on spin and accuracy, but with offseason workouts starting up, I’m excited to shift my focus to building more speed. Thank you to all the coaches who watched me this season, I can’t wait to keep working and improving. Next up: School ball!
