Hi, Kony here — CEO of GAIB. This panic trigger is unfair and inaccurate for several reasons, so let me lay out the facts clearly: 1. We have met every liquidity commitment to date. For our first AID Alpha campaign, funds were locked until end of August. On August 25, withdrawals opened exactly as promised — and 95% of users chose to stay. For our second pre-deposit program, we announced withdrawals would open on November 7, and over $100M in liquidity was made available on that day. Withdrawals to stablecoins continue daily without issues. Anyone who wants to exit has been able to do so. 2. During the AID Alpha → AID transition, withdrawals remain open. AIDa holders who did not migrate can withdraw freely. Hundreds of millions were withdrawable, and users have been accessing their capital smoothly. aidalpha.gaib.ai/migrate 3. Transparency page redesign is underway — not removed due to reserves issues. The AID Alpha transparency module is being upgraded for Mainnet AID. All AIDa vault links remain accessible on the migration page, and the redesigned transparency dashboard will go live again after the update. 4. We communicated the liquidity timeline publicly and repeatedly. All AID and sAID users received clear disclosures about: - When withdrawals are available - When capital transitions occur - When full transparency modules will be live There has been no surprise or deviation from communicated timelines. 5. Proof of reserves & AID→USDC redemption go live on Nov 21. As announced, the full attestation layer, dashboards, and redemption mechanism will launch on November 21. The only reason this is not live today is because we are finalizing the new attestation infra and attestation reports as AID Alpha assets migrate and capital is deployed — exactly as disclosed. 6. No user has been blocked from accessing funds. Everyone who wanted to withdraw did. Everyone who migrated understood the timetable. Everyone in AID/sAID is operating with full visibility on the Nov 21 checkpoint. 7. On the motivations behind this post: I want to acknowledge that you recently shared your involvement with a direct competitor. Given that, this very pointed and misleading timing feels less like concern for users and more like a strategic attack. The market is big enough for more than one player. Spread love, not fear.
