I had booked for my LPG refill & paid on Friday. My distributor informed me it’ll be delivered in 5 days, which was today. I called him 20 times today and he just picked once and told me “ab 5 din aur wait karo” and disconnected. I immediately lodged a complaint on Bharat Petroleum portal two hours back. The guy just called me himself and informed me that “kal tak delivery ho jayega.” Laato ke bhoot baaton se nahi mante. I was in no hurry for the refill but the distributor can at least communicate properly and be respectful during such times.
