Dear @TataMotors Your response feels like a standard template with no actual action. Service quality appears to be declining, and there is no clear accountability. Kindly confirm your standard delivery timelines, as the current experience does not reflect expected service standards. @TataCompanies @TataMotors_Cars

Dear @TataMotors I booked a Tata Nexon Diesel in the first week of March with a promised delivery timeline of 45 days. I am now being informed that delivery may extend to the end of April, with no clear confirmation. This delay raises concerns. Is it due to external supply disruptions, or an internal strategy of overbooking without matching delivery commitments? As a customer, I expect transparency and adherence to timelines. Uncertainty after commitment reflects poorly on customer experience. Request you to, provide a clear and confirmed delivery date • Explain the reason for the delay • Ensure faster allocation of the booked vehicle. @TataCompanies @TataMotors_Cars @Schandr80504296 @TataMotorsCV #TataNexon

A very pertinent observation by @TamalBandyo ji. Transparency in promotions is not merely an HR ideal—it is central to morale, credibility, and institutional integrity. When processes lack clarity and uniformity, it inevitably impacts motivation and trust at all levels. As stakeholders in the system, we strongly believe that well-defined, objective, and transparent promotion frameworks are essential for sustaining both performance and fairness in all PSBs. This is an area that deserves serious, system-wide introspection and reform. @aiboc_in

Strongly condemn the attack on BOI officials in Ratnagiri while performing recovery duties. AIBOC MS-1 met police authorities and demanded immediate FIR and strict action. Violence against bankers is unacceptable. Safety of bank officers must be ensured. #ProtectBankers 🚨🏦

An unfortunate and serious incident occurred when officials from ARB and Shirgaon Branch Bank Of India under Ratnagiri Zone were visiting an NPA borrower for recovery follow-up. During the visit, the borrower along with his associates violently attacked the bank officials and the bank’s vehicle using an iron rod, causing damage to the vehicle. The situation turned extremely hostile; however, the bank officials acted with presence of mind and managed to escape from the spot, thereby avoiding any injuries. Taking serious note of this incident, AIBOC Maharashtra State (MS-1) has immediately taken up the matter with the authorities. A formal representation has been submitted to the Superintendent of Police (SP) requesting strict and immediate action against the culprits and to ensure protection to bank officials performing their duties. 📄 Com. Satam, Com. Kishor Rodi, Com. Brajesh Mallick, Com. Shravika Vani, Com. Rakesh Kumbhare, Com. Sanket Ingale, Com. Sidhartha Waghmare, Com. Rushikesh, and Com. Kiran promptly coordinated on the ground. 🤝 Representatives from all the banks under the banner of AIBOC MS-1 extended their solidarity and actively supported the efforts to ensure that appropriate legal action is taken. ⚖️ We also received strong support and cooperation from the Ratnagiri and Kolhapur Zonal Office, which helped in taking timely and appropriate steps in the matter. 🙏 Under the guidance of Com. Nileshji, the issue was immediately pursued with the local administration and police authorities. An FIR has been lodged under relevant provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and other applicable laws, and we are closely monitoring the developments to ensure that strict action is taken against the accused. 🔍 AIBOC strongly condemns such attacks on bank officials who are public servants performing their duty of safeguarding public money. 🛡️ We remain united and committed to pursuing the matter until justice is ensured and the safety and dignity of bank officials are protected. @aiboc_ms1

We are aware that our @BankofIndia_IN has been providing Shelter Home facilities at Macropolo Building, Lalbaug, Mumbai, for employees and their kin who visit Mumbai for treatment of terminal illnesses, which required continous stay. This initiative has been a meaningful support system for families during extremely challenging times. In the last Central Welfare Committee (CWC) Meeting, a proposal was put forward to expand this noble facility to additional locations so that more beneficiaries can be supported across regions. We are pleased to inform you that, in line with the CWC’s proposal, the Bank has decided to extend Shelter Home facilities at the following locations: 1) An additional flat at Macropolo Building, Lalbaug, Mumbai 2) A flat at Nerul -Mumbai 3) A flat at STC Noida -Delhi We understand that necessary formalities have been completed and the facilities are expected to become operational shortly. Further, we are informed that properties at Vellore/Chennai and other important locations where people come for medical treatment are also being actively explored to widen the reach of this compassionate initiative in the near future. Being a part of the Central Welfare Committee, @fboioa_india sincerely expresses our heartfelt gratitude to the Bank Management for their unconditional support and for the swift implementation of this important welfare proposal. *This initiative reflects the Bank’s continued commitment towards employee welfare beyond professional boundaries.

Viksit Bharat is being drafted in committees while banks run without staff. One branch, half the manpower, full expectations. Work-life balance is preached, but #5DaysBanking is treated like a threat to the Economy. Government wants world-class banks with understaffed branches and fatigued bankers. You can’t build Viksit Bharat on policies alone — nations grow when employees are valued, rested, and heard. #BankingSatire #5DaysBanking #ViksitBharat #BudgetSession2026 @nilesh_pawar15 @PMOIndia @DFS_India @nsitharaman @nsitharamanoffc @FinMinIndia

Any review of the banking system for Viksit Bharat must start with ground realities—staff shortages, rising workload, and long-pending demands like #5DaysBanking. Strong banks need respected and rested bankers.Preparing banks for Viksit Bharat is impossible without addressing the concerns of bank employees. Structural reforms must go hand in hand with humane work conditions, fair policies, and institutional strengthening. @aiboc_in

On behalf of @aiboc_ms1 and @BOIOAMNG, we place on record our heartfelt gratitude and deep appreciation to all members who participated wholeheartedly in the strike and joined the rally in huge, disciplined, and spirited numbers, making the Dharna at the historic Azad Maidan, Mumbai, truly impactful and memorable. The roaring and resolute presence of BOIOA Mumbai–Goa Unit members was particularly inspiring.* It reflected the unity, conviction, and unwavering solidarity of our cadre towards the common cause of 5 Days Banking, a commitment that has long remained pending despite repeated assurances. #5DayBankingNow

Indian Economy can't move an inch without PSBs : for that they don't want to keep Bankers out of sight. But Bankers assured to work daily 40 mnts more in lieu of 2 more Saturdays off. Even then what's the problem ? Make it clear to common bankers. #5daysbanking #5daysworkweek
