Oh, my poor, dear idiot. Educating you in this matter is pointless. It would go too far over your head. But for the sake of anyone else who isn't as stupid as you (which would be just about everyone), I'll go through it. First, let's look at @ashjoirel's first question. "Wrong... legal right? hitting other people even when they hitted first?" Let's forget that "hitted" is not a word. The past tense of "hit" is still "hit." So, "hitting other people even when they hit first." Gee, that wasn't the question, was it? The OP asked, "Does a male student have the right to defend himself when a female student is hitting him?" This isn't just an instance of her hitting him once and then walking away. She is continuously hitting him and pulling his hair. A reasonable person (someone other than @ashjoirel) would assume that she is going to continue to hit him. So, what is he supposed to do? Just sit there and let her continue to hit him and pull his hair, waiting for the police to arrive to arrest her? Why, no, he doesn't have to do that! The law allows him to use proportional force to stop the attack. He isn't expected to stand there and take it. He is, by law, allowed to defend himself, with an appropriate level of force. Which he did. And the law allows him to do that.
