Thank you, God, that Good Friday wasn't the end of the story. That the story didn't end in heartache and despair, but with hope, victory and rescue. The story ended with our resurrected Savior walking out from the grave. Jesus was, and is, victorious!

No matter how impossible that miracle you are praying for seems, please trust that only God knows the full story. He is working. He is hearing and shifting and intervening and convicting and stirring and doing what only He can do. God does some of His best work in the unseen.

Sometimes to get your life back, you have to face the death of what you thought your life would look like. God has a good plan in mind, sweet friend. But it’s probably not going to look anything like the one of our own design.

The voices of shame and rejection can come at us, but they don’t have to reside in us. God says we are loved. God says we are chosen. God says we're forever His. And His is the voice we must choose to believe.

Trust God. Know His Truth. And let His wisdom be what shapes, informs and leads you. “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free,” (John 8:31-32).
