Are the size XS clothings getting smaller these days or am I really just getting bigger as I age 😂 #indenial Or maybe the general population is shrinking in size and this is just economics at play - brands giving people what they demand.

Our brain is so used to finding the next best thing and the most exciting thing to do, at work, in relationships, in life - Sometimes all it takes is to do something simple in a genuine and meaningful way and that should be equally exciting too.

I love 45-min long meetings. Every minute becomes so much more intentional and communication somehow becomes more concise. I realized that people come in to these meetings with the mindset of being purposeful and useful in their attendance. Maybe its just #spininstructorthings
