This broken system and process is making it really frustrating for renewing passports and I'm sure I'm not the only one who is dealing with this. I would appreciate it if you could issue the refund and fix this bug ASAP! 🙏

I'd recommend fixing this issue in 2 ways - 1. Allow users to select the mission from the Government website OR 2. Process the application at the mission the Government website prints (if it prints the application form as Houston then process it at Houston)

@vfsglobalcare @passportsevamea I see a bug in the system. My old passport was issued at Houston and the Government website doesn't allow me to select a mission. So when I print my application form, it keeps saying Houston even though you want me to send it to San Francisco.

@vfsglobalcare Hey folks, sent my application to SFO as mentioned and also specified the same in VFS portal, but my application seems to be returned saying it was specified as Houston. Please DM 🙏
