@fishiewishes @Reskell492 @UKPonyCon @StoneHorseUK Absolutely agree the @StoneHorseUK team were beyond incredible. Without hesitation they helped everyone in need, including myself when I collapsed. They were the true heroes of that night. Instead of denying them a compensation @premierinn you should be thanking them.

This is what the street looked like at 5am, this was hours before we were allowed back into the building to retrieve belongings & we had been evacuated at 2am. Many of us without shoes or clothes, my hair was still wet from the shower. @premierinn still offers us no compensation

@premierinn Disappointed doesn't even begin. I would've expected a higher level of respect when customer service is one of your main services as a hotel. The fact you're charging me for being out on the street for the night is quite frankly disgusting and the fact you're not offering

We popped our heads in Monday afternoon to enquire about a refund, the lobby and reception still reeked of smoke, yet they were still taking bookings and reservations. My chest and throat _still_ hurt from smoke inhalation. @premierinn - be better.

I was one of the people affected. I was struggling to stand up and suffering from significant distress during and after the event. @premierinn didn't even phone me to tell me I had a new hotel, I got an email late afternoon on the Sunday. I was offered free breakfast & that's it

It's me, I hate to be that person, but I hope @premierinn remembers it's a legal requirement for stairwells to be ventilated upwards to prevent smoke lingering in a flight of stairs and to prevent people breathing it in.. (my colleagues were still coughing up black soot later)

@premierinn Hi Bori, I've already sent in a complaint to your customer service, and haven't heard anything back at all. I'd quite like a reply to my more detailed complaint if that's possible.

Apparently according to @premierinn If you are forced out of your hotel by a fire and don’t actually get access to a hotel room for the night that you paid for? You aren’t entitled to a refund. Despite making people walk through a staircase filled with billowing smoke, explain?
