Terribly misquoted by @Telegraph! They were ordered to leave because they were on a tourist visa and you cannot, by rule, participate in political activism while being a tourist.

🇮🇳 Two British citizens have been ordered to leave India after they put up pro-Palestinian stickers in an area popular with Israeli tourists. Read the full story here ⤵️ telegraph.co.uk/world-news/202…

For too long we did not see justice for the evil beheading of Daniel Pearl. Personally grateful to government of @PMOIndia. Daniel Pearl forever memorialized by his last words echoing thousands of years of Jewish history & persecution: “My father is Jewish, my mother is Jewish, I am Jewish."

Let's speak plainly and without riddles. Pakistan's intelligence service ISI is behind terrorism in Kashmir. No attack occurs without their involvement, or as a minimum, knowledge. 27 Hindus were shockingly slaughtered at a time when US Vice President JD Vance is in India. This was not a coincidence and was done in the hope that Vance will try and deter India from striking terrorist targets in Pakistan in retaliation. Accounts from the terror attack in Kashmir are shocking. Men were forced to show their penises to confirm their religion, and the Hindus slaughtered by the Islamic terrorists. Many of the victims were on their honeymoon and had their whole lives ahead of them. Lives viciously snatched away because of Pakistan's delusional goal of recreating the Mughal Empire and subjugating Hindus. Pakistan needs to receive another hammer blow that will neutralize it as a threat for at least another generation. Enough is enough. Pakistan will never relent and leave India in peace. This is the unfortunate reality. Condolences to all the victims and their families.

We are heartbroken by the barbaric terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Kashmir, where Hindu pilgrims were targeted, religiously profiled, and murdered, reportedly by a Pakistani Islamist terrorist outfit, according to preliminary reports. This heinous act on the same day as VP @JDVance visit confirms what the world knows: Pakistan remains one of the world’s most prolific incubators of terrorism. We call on the U.S. to stand together with India in defeating this menace.

Another brutal attack in Pahalgam. From Bangladesh to Bengal to Kashmir, the same mindset targets Hindus. But 'seculars' and judiciary insist the attackers are 'oppressed minorities.' Victims deserve justice.

BREAKING: At least 27 Hindu tourists murdered in an Islamist terror attack in Kashmir. Pakistani terrorists checked IDs or forced male victims to pull their pants down before shooting them to make sure they were killing Hindus. The woman pictured was there on her honeymoon 🇮🇳

Western Media Blackout! 🇮🇳 Hindus Stripped and Shot Dead in Kashmir — Because They Weren’t Muslim On April 22, 2025, Islamic terrorists carried out one of the most barbaric attacks in recent years in Pahalgam, Kashmir. Tourists—Hindu men and women on vacation, including newlyweds—were ambushed. The terrorists forced them to show their ID cards. Then, to “verify” religion, they were ordered to pull down their pants. Once confirmed to be non-Muslim, the victims were executed point-blank. (💔 LOOK AT THIS PICTURE - This newlywed couple was on their honeymoon in Kashmir. Islamic terrorists stopped them, checked their religion—Then executed the husband for being Hindu. His only crime? Not being Muslim.) At least 27 innocent Hindus were murdered. A dozen others lie injured—fighting for their lives. 🧠 For context: Kashmir is a region in India that Islamic extremists—backed by Pakistan—have been trying to seize for decades. In 1990, over 400,000 Hindus were driven out in an Islamic purge. What happened in Pahalgam is not new. It is part of a long, bloody campaign. This wasn’t random. This was ritualistic, targeted religious slaughter—just like the 1990 Kashmiri Pandit genocide. Just like the Islamic invasions under Aurangzeb and Khilji. Just like ISIS. ➡️ These terrorists follow the same supremacist ideology that says idol-worshippers (like Hindus) deserve death. ➡️ The same mindset that tore down Hindu temples, imposed jizya taxes, and raped and enslaved women as “divine reward.” ➡️ The same belief system that inspired the stone-pelters in Nagpur just weeks ago, when Hindus dared demand the removal of a tomb glorifying Aurangzeb. And now… 🇺🇸 America—If You Think This Can’t Happen Here, You’re Not Paying Attention This is the face of jihad. It is global. It is ideological. And it is already here. Jihadis in U.S. cities openly glorify terrorists like Aafia Siddiqui College campuses erupt with chants of intifada and death to Israel Mosques and enclaves in the U.S. are named after Mughal tyrants who slaughtered non-Muslims Sharia-based housing projects and religious compounds are quietly spreading across states like Texas Pahalgam is a warning. This is how it starts—first abroad, then in your backyard. Don’t wait until your churches are silent… until your daughters are told to cover up… until your children are asked what religion they follow before they’re safe. 🛑 Wake up, America. This isn’t about “phobia.” It’s about civilizational survival. If we don’t stand now, we will kneel later.

@HomeAffairsSA Improving visa processing is crucial to boosting tourism. Most of Africa (& half the world) issues e-visa in 2 days why SA still needs 4-8 weeks 4 tourist visa issuance from embassies. Let's not push tourist away frm Kruger to Masai Mara. #Tourism #SouthAfrican

@MarkSham @likeatouristza I completely agree! South Africa is a dream destination, but while much of Africa and the world offer e-visas in two days, SA’s tourist visa can take eight weeks++ through embassies. I've seen many travelers change plans from Kruger to Masai Mara due to this frustrating delay.

Let's just be clear on one thing... Foreigners love to visit South Africa. This isn't my biased opinion. This is fact. We really need to cut the negativity when it comes to attracting foreign tourists to our shores and we really need to appreciate it when they're here. Tourism is one of the quickest routes to creating more employment which our country sorely needs. ✅ Even if we have our problems in SA, tourists don't have to deal with them on a daily basis. They don't experience load shedding or corruption the way we do. And when their amazing trip is done, they go home with a smile on their face while telling others how amazing their trip was. ✅ We have stunning coastlines, dramatic mountainscapes, huge areas of untamed bushveld, starkly beautiful semi-deserts, lakes, waterfalls, spectacular canyons, forests and wide plains. ✅ We are one of the most affordable nations on earth to visit. The value for money tourist get compared to the quality they receive is unmatched. Our people are friendly and we have some of the best weather in the world. ✅ We have a million adventure activities for tourists to partake in, we have excellent infrastructure, and endless history and culture for them to learn about. ✅ Often times, we think that what we offer is inferior compared to other countries but I have traveled the world and I'm telling you, despite the problems we have as citizens, this country is something special to visit.

People like me in Tamilnadu risked our personal credibility and faced volley of abuses for being a long term BJP supporter. And any criticism about government, immediately BJP IT cell starts abusing without considering how much effort people like me would have put to convince so many people to vote for BJP. BJP doesn't deserve my loyalty or support. I don't find opposition worthy of supporting. As an individual, I would continue to criticise @narendramodi government, whenever and wherever I see fit. BJP IT cell: Do what you can.

Developed from a post of @Modi26052014: A 1000 square feet flat in Adyar, Chennai costed Rs.1.3 crores in 2014 The resale value of that flat now in 2024 is Rs.1.6 crores The indexed cost of the flat (which means accounting for inflation to cost price) is Rs.2.05 crores Under the old method, since you are selling Rs.2.05 crores worth flat for Rs.1.6 crores, no tax was payable Under the new method, you've to pay 12.5% on Rs.30 lakhs. So, you pay Rs.3.75 lakhs. It is a double whammy. You lost money to ravages of inflation and still you pay tax to the government.
