@gopunandilath We are still awaiting the installation team who are demanding they want ladders and scuffholdings for installation. We had these things the last couple odd days and thats why we insisted them to come yesterday.

But there was no proper communication from the Nadilath Team to the installation team and now everything is a mess. Highly would suggest the Nadilath team to only promise what they can do and not blabber anything just to sell stuff.

Good customer care and service when you enter the shop, but once the deal is done, everything disappears. Not able to reach out to the manager also who was there when we went there and got two ACs.

The interior of the bus was horrible, my birth was second last in my original booking but the bus that we were asked to get into did not have that many seats and i had to get into the last seat without any option. Again no one giving any explanation as to why this is happening

I had booked a ticket to banglore from koothatukulam (kerala) in Hamsa Tours and Travels. In the middle of the journey around 2am, the bus had stopped in the middle of nowhere and all of passengers in the bus (NL01B1532) were asked to board another bus!
