In March 2026, singer Shaan shared a nostalgic Instagram reel while travelling on the Gitanjali Express, noting that the journey after many years brought back "so many memories" of his summer holidays. The journey, which was between Rourkela and Nagpur, turned into an impromptu live concert for his fellow passengers. After a co-passenger requested a song, Shaan performed: "Dil Leke Darde Dil De Gaye" from the movie Wanted. His evergreen hit "Tanha Dil", which added to the nostalgic atmosphere of the ride. Shaan later reflected on the experience, mentioning how the resilience and positivity of people in Mumbai, particularly those who travel by local trains, inspire him to give happiness whenever possible. Always listen to @priteshlakhani for food recommendations in Ahmedabad. Skipped the big names which Google suggested and went to Annkut for Gujarati Thali as suggested by him. I am not a big fan of Gujarati Thali but still loved it. 1100 Rs for 2 persons. Totally worth. 🤌

Year is 2017 and I have lost approximately. 30 kgs. Now I needed something more. So the idea came to buy a cycle. Thats it I need a cycle. Gym never interested me. Called Dechatlon and asked if they had the one I wanted. They confirmed. Dechaton that time has just one outlet that was in Thane. So at 6 pm on a Saturday bhai left for Thane in Meru Cab I think dont know. Reached and found out they dont have the colour I wanted. Bugged but let go. Showed me this bright orange colour and I accepted but it has a big scratch on the frame. Asked for discount but they denied. Told will give me side stand and seat cover for free. Accepted. 

While they were preareing the bike I went below the store and had some food at McD or Domino’s . Dont remember. Paid amount. Took delivery. 

Now comes the fun part. The person there told me where will you need this to be send so I can call some delivery truck etc. I was like no I will ride it to Kandivali. 
 With all the weight loss and all I was thinking fuck cycling is easy na. In bachpaan used to cycle 30 kms to tution daily. This is just easy. So Bhai at 10 am started cycling and in full confidence took the Ghodbunder Road. Bhai was like gerwala cycle hai kya hi hoga. LOL On way 2 Police wala’s caught me and warned to not cycle as its risky as trucks ply in this area and on slopes etc they cannot break so fast. So this one Police wala helped me talk to a small truck and told him he will hold the back park of the truck and help him cover some kms and then it’s alll good. Hotel Fountain Tak ate ate bhai was exhausted like hell. Bas white foam from mouth was not coming out. Rested 1 hrs at Fountain Hotel. Then went ahead. 

Now new chuspaa. Bhai was fresh with the rest so took over the Kashimira Flyover LOL. Lode lags gaya again climbing it 😂 Somehow at around 7 am reached the SGNP Main gate and nearby is a Police Chowki. Rested here with locking cycle to the bench I rested. Rested kya told the Police wala and has slept off for 2-3 hrs I think LOL. 

My home was just nearby Thakur Village but legs wouldn’t support to cycle 1 meter also. Woke up and cycled to my home and I think reached by 11 am something LOL. Kept the cycle and slept off for 7-8 hrs. Took me a day to recover and come back to my senses. I could jog/walk 30 kms but cycling was not the same nor the same as bachpaan. Still have the cycle but hardly take it out now 😭
