@MrGhostX8 And, they also were asked nicely before by a Staff to change their profile picture, which they did not but when another staff came in and told them in a serious tone (which could have been handled well) They decided to change it but then change it back after a bit.

I have been a Roblox developer since 2009, and I also run my own company. I was not on your server to cause problems, and I am not Syndexis. Syndexis works for me and has been for 6 years. I was asking a legitimate question: how did you, the owner, and your moderation team conclude that this avatar was sexualized? Nothing about this avatar appears sexual, explicit, or inappropriate. It looks like a Roblox character in an Easter-themed outfit holding boxes, with egg characters in the background. The fact that this was interpreted sexually says more about the people making that accusation than it does about the avatar itself. I called that out in your Discord because I believe this kind of moderation mindset is a serious problem on Roblox. When people start sexualizing innocent avatars, especially ones that are clearly not sexual in nature, it creates a toxic environment for developers and players. Banning me under the pretense that I was him; defending or promoting something inappropriate is unfair and dishonest. I do not support that kind of moderation, and I will not be supporting your game going forward. I also will not be promoting it to my viewers on my gaming channel. As a developer and content creator, I take community safety seriously. But there is a difference between protecting a community and falsely sexualizing harmless content. By the way, we're almost marked at 2 year anniversary of UPG (public wise as the community server was made on the 14th of January 2024.) But, wow this is seriously insane how time files so fast!

Finally, We would like to say thank you guys SO MUCH for the support we've received over the year. We hope to continue making more awesome things for UPG and UB (more info on UB in a later date) for the future! This is just a beginning of something cool....
