This is exactly why we built our student course. It teaches young people how to think with AI, not just use it.  Discernment, decision-making, identity, agency, the skills that keep them human in an AI world.

I work with AI every single day. And I still couldn't tell this video was fake. The voice matched. The facial expressions were natural. Nothing felt off. I believed it. And if I couldn't catch it? Most people won't either.

Instead of asking "will AI replace me?" start asking questions like:  What problem on my team does nobody talk about?  Where are people frustrated with a process that could be completely reimagined?  What would I build if I had no constraints and AI as a teammate?

Just learn AI tools" is terrible advice and here's what to do instead. Think like a designer.

One path happens by default. No guidance, no critical thinking, no reflection. Just output. The other path happens by design. Students develop the mindset and skills to work alongside AI and strengthen what makes them irreplaceable.

We spent 45 minutes talking about how to catch students using AI. Zero minutes talking about what to do when AI can already do the assignment. That's the conversation I keep walking into.
