@AskPHPeople @SimFubaraKSC This is good but it has its shortfalls too... Imagine this being situated at a point for more than a week or even a month without proper disposal.. the stench & menace will be unimaginable,.. so this still brings us to the issue with RIWAMA and that's a big flaw on Fubara's path.

Dear Gov. Sim Fubara and the Management of RIWAMA, can you please provide large receptacles like this at designated locations in Port-Harcourt so that residents can stop dumping refuse on road median? Sir @SimFubaraKSC, will this be too much for your Government to do?
