Hello ano bang problema ng app niyo, tama naman yung credentials pero laging invalid yung log-in. Tapos kapag magre-request naman to change password, loading lang. Hindi pa kayo nagre-reply sa email. ILANG DAYS NANG GANITO NAKAKAUBOS NG PASENSYA :) @askRCBC @RCBCCredit

@askRCBC I have emailed last 28 April about my Online Bank account suspension after 3 incorrect password input and still no response today. I went to recover my account via "forgot password" and it didn't work because it says "No Record Found". This is frustrating.
