@Walmart According to the tracking "proof of delivery" photo (still available) my order was left at a door/step that is not mine nor any I recognize. My request for a refund has been denied. Your own rep said this is now common and to dispute it with my credit card. Seriously?

@Walmart both walmarts in morgantown wv are not answering their phones and wont take any online orders for pick up/delivery, they say the weather is to bad but there is actually 0 snow on the roads. help? i need to get groceries for the week and theres no availability for 7 days

I got a Walmart delivery today and 2 items were damaged but in order to get a refund I have to bring it to the store. That is inconvenient for me since I order online because I don't have a way to the store. I never had issues when I need a refund before. @Walmart
