@askboxymo I have spent a week of my life on the online chat system which is not fit for purpose. I have several screenshots of the agents leaving mid chat and disconnecting!

@Ty7891Ahs Only after a customer has not replied for 7 minutes will the agent close the chat due to inactivity. On occasion a poor internet connection can cause the chat to terminate, and we apologise if this has been your experience.

Do not get boxymo insurance if you’re looking into it, it’s so bad they don’t even have a send button on their review box and they don’t have any reliable contact, it’s nearly impossible to get them on the phone and when you do they send you to live chat
